Customer satisfaction and providing quality customer service is of utmost importance to us at the Coffee Tamper Company.

Our Returns Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations. Relevant guarantees given pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law apply.

If you have a concern about your purchase and it cannot be resolved, we will provide a full refund for the product through PayPal or Shopify Payments, upon us receiving the return of the product with its original packaging. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
