Shipping policy

Once orders are received, Coffee Tamper Company prepare and dispatches orders within 48-72 hours. Orders may take longer to dispatch where there are Commonwealth and local government gazetted public holidays (we are based in Victoria, Australia).

Tracking numbers and email confirmation will be provided when your order has been dispatched.

Australian Customers

Orders are sent using Australia Post and can be sent by Express Post or Parcel Post. Deliveries usually take 3-5 business days to arrive.

International Customers

International orders are sent using Australia Post. Two shipping options are available for international orders:

1. Standard – depending on your location, these orders can take between 4-12 business days to arrive;
2. Express – depending on your location, these orders can take between 4-6 business days to arrive.
